paper road
Terms of use
Updated October 25, 2026
These are the rules for using paper road with an account. By signing in, you agree to them. They’re short, and they’re here to keep paper road a good place to share travels.
No tolerance for abuse
- paper road has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive people. Don’t post or send anything hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or that targets someone for who they are.
- No spam, scams, impersonating someone else, or sharing someone’s private information.
- Nothing illegal, and nothing you don’t have the right to share (like other people’s photos).
Reporting and blocking
- Report a trip, place, comment, message or person from its ⋯ menu (or by pressing and holding a comment or message). Reports are anonymous.
- We review every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules, and remove people who post it.
- Block anyone at any time: you won’t see each other’s trips, comments or messages any more.
Your content
- Your trips, places, photos and words stay yours. Sharing a trip lets people who can see it view it, and copy its plan into their own trips.
- You’re responsible for what you post. We may remove anything that breaks these rules.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 to have an account.
- Keep your email secure: it’s how you sign in.
- We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. You can delete yours at any time in Edit profile.
The app
- paper road is provided as it is. Travel details like opening times and directions can be wrong: check before you go.
- We may update these terms; if it’s something important, we’ll ask you to agree again.
